We were commissioned to supply CONCHA Model 02 Pendant Lights for Elder Yard, a British Land PLC development designed by Universal Design Studio.
The project required a tailored specification that balanced materiality, atmosphere and performance across the workspace environment. Finished in Brushed Aluminium with custom Vanilla paper shades, the fixtures were selected to complement the wider interior palette while introducing warmth, softness and a distinctive visual identity throughout the space.
The commission remains ongoing, with multiple phases delivered to date and further fixtures currently in production. Produced and assembled in our London studio, the project reflects our growing work with architects and interior designers seeking considered lighting solutions for contemporary commercial interiors.

Originally developed through an exploration of paper as both structure and diffuser, the CONCHA collection balances sculptural form with atmospheric illumination. Defined by its folded silhouette and lightweight construction, each shade is carefully assembled by hand and paired with precision-engineered metal components.
Available in a range of sizes, finishes and specialist paper options, the collection can be customised to suit both residential and commercial environments.
